With this special Tarquins Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin, we bring a little piece of the idyllic Cornish coast directly to you, no matter where you are. Tarquin’s flagship Cornish Gin is first distilled in small batches, then post distillation they lovingly infuse with the most delicious rhubarb and raspberries they can lay their hands on, to give this special gin its beautiful blush.
Tasting notes:
Lemon sherbet, fresh raspberries and soft juniper on the nose. Rhubarb sorbet, crisp pine and Eastern spice on the palate. With a finish of tart raspberry jam, zesty citrus and frangipane.
