This Cornish Pasty really is a winner – after placing in the top 2 at the World Pasty Championships (winning Gold in 2017!). A ‘Cornish Pasty’ must comply with PGI rules - it consists of potatoes, swede and onion - and of course the steak! Our supplier traditionally uses trimmed skirtbeef and their “in house” butchers ensure that only the best quality beef goes into their pasties. This cut of beef produces a rich gravy during the baking process, thus ensuring (alongside our secret pepper seasoning!) a genuine flavoursome Cornish Pasty.
