1. Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Perishable goods (e.g., food items) and personalised/custom products cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at shop@cornishstores.co.uk.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (food & beverages).
• Gift cards.
• Personalised/customised products.

5. Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
